How I work with you will be tailored to you and will proceed at your pace. I believe you have the right to expect deep listening, curiosity and compassion. 

I offer a space for those who are drawn to understand themselves on a deeper level and who are yearning for change, but I equally welcome people who have more pressing and immediate challenges. 

I have experience working with neurodiversity and with clients at the beginning of their adult lives, facing mid-life pressures as well as those who are facing their later years.
